    • DUE: 2 Weeks
TODAY:
FIRST ROTATION
HOLT
  • We took notes on motion so we can start to understand how to build the rover for the hab. He then assigned a project for the group tables to do a one to three minute video on a topic in physics.
PIGGOT
  • He checked to see who did the homework that was signed over break and then showed us the answers to see if we did it right. He took questions like usual if you didn't understand a problem. He then did a recap on finding the determinants using the criss cross method and then taught us a new method called Expansion.
RIVAS
  • He announced to the class that the final draft of the bill is due Friday and then he made us take this mini pop quiz that wouldn't affect out grade. He gave us the rest of the block to work on our bill or propaganda ideas.
ORTEGA
  • She went over the notebook to see that everyone has everything us to date and then started to talk about the outline of the debate of our MA bill. She then told us to get into our groups so she can see who is in what group and wanted us to discuss the pros about our bill within our group for when we share with the class they'll know that the group bills are about.
SECOND ROTATION
HOLT
  • We worked on an experiment that took up the whole class block to work on.
PIGGOT
  • We worked on a worksheet that requires us to do both the criss cross method and also the expansion method with your partner. If you don't finish in class then he'll give us the next block to work on it.
RIVAS
  • We do a candy debate. You'll know what its about when you have him second rotation.
ORTEGA
  • We got into our MA groups and then went straight into presenting out bill to the class. She gave you 5 minutes to talk about the bill and 10 minutes for the rest of the class to ask questions about the bill that will help you on your bill.
